Global Heritage Systems Ltd. is an industrial services provider based in Jubail Industrial City, serving major petrochemical, oil and gas, and energy clients across the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. Our service portfolio includes piping fabrication, NDT, hydro jetting, chemical cleaning, volatile organic compound treatment, steam tracing solutions, electrical and instrumentation work, and emergency breakdown response.
We work with leading end-users and EPC contractors operating in the Jubail and Yanbu industrial corridors and pride ourselves on technical credibility, response speed, and long-term customer relationships.
The Role
This is not a junior position, and it is not a learning role. You will be operating independently from week one, calling on your existing network, generating qualified opportunities, building proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and closing business. You will report directly to the manager and will have full ownership of your account list, your pipeline, and your commercial results.

What You Will Do
- Build and manage a portfolio of industrial services accounts across petrochemical, oil and gas, and energy sectors in the Eastern Province.
- Generate new business through your existing relationships with plant maintenance managers, operations leads, project engineers, and procurement teams at major end-users and EPC contractors.
- Identify, qualify, and convert opportunities for hydro jetting, chemical cleaning, volatile organic compound treatment, NDT, fabrication, steam tracing, electrical and instrumentation, and emergency response work.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with our engineering, QC, and operations teams.
- Negotiate pricing, scope, payment terms, and contracts within agreed authority limits.
- Build and maintain framework agreements that convert one-time jobs into recurring revenue.
- Maintain accurate pipeline records and provide weekly forecasts to senior management.
- Represent Global Heritage professionally in customer meetings, site visits, technical discussions, and industry events.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a specific profile. Please review the requirements honestly before applying.
Essential Requirements
- Currently based in Jubail or the Eastern Province — and able to start immediately. This is not a relocation opportunity.
- Minimum 5 years of industrial services or technical sales experience — in the Saudi market, with demonstrable success selling to petrochemical, oil and gas, or energy clients.
- An existing network of named buyers — at major end-users (Aramco, SABIC, Sadara, Petro Rabigh, Yansab, Tasnee, or equivalents) and EPC contractors operating in Jubail or Yanbu.
- Engineering background or equivalent technical depth — you must be able to discuss ASME codes, NDT methods, Basic Engineering, weld procedures, piping specifications, and basic plant operations credibly with technical buyers.
- Fluent Arabic and English — both written and spoken.
- Valid Saudi driving license — and own transportation.
- Transferable Iqama — or Saudi national status. We do not sponsor new visas for this role at this time.

How We Hire
Our hiring process is structured and deliberate. The process includes:
- CV and application review.
- Initial structured interview to discuss your experience, network, and approach to industrial sales.
- Technical assessment focused on your ability to discuss codes, procedures, and the realities of industrial services work.
- A short paid account-planning exercise to demonstrate how you would approach a real Global Heritage prospect.
- Reference checks, including at least one customer reference.
- Final interview with the CEO.
The complete process typically takes two to three weeks. Selected candidates will be expected to start within 30 days of the final offer.
